Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Pepper Money Limited (ABN 55 094 317 665) Level 27, 177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia (Promoter).
3. Entry is open to Australian residents who are existing Pepper customers, and who are over the age of 18 years old, excluding management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities and those of any other agencies, firms or companies associated with the promotion (Eligible Entrant). The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
4. The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Thursday 29th August 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 8th September 2024 (Promotion Period).
How to Enter
5. To enter the promotion Eligible Entrants must, within the Promotion Period, complete the Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey via the unique link sent to them by the Promoter, and include any other information so requested.
6. Eligible Entrants can only submit one entry to the promotion.
Prizes
7. There are three prizes to be won. Each prize is a $500 e-gift card (Prize). The maximum total value of all the Prizes does not exceed $1,500 (including GST). A maximum of one (1) prize applies per winner.
8. This promotion is a game of chance. The winners for each Prize will be randomly selected by MDSA Promotion Marketing (Drawer) at 10:00am AEST on Wednesday 11th September 2024 (Draw Date). The promotion will be conducted at the offices of the MDSA Promotion Marketing, Level 16, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060.
9. The winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the Draw Date and their names will also be published on Pepper’s website at www.peppermoney.com.au from Monday 16th September 2024, for a minimum of 28 days. The winners must respond to the Promoter’s email to claim the prize by 12:00 pm AEDT on Wednesday 16th October 2024. Should a winner be not willing to have their details published, please advise us at time of winning notification call. The prize will be sent to the winner by email within 30 days of the winner claiming their prize.
10. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. The Promotor shall not be liable for the prizes being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before they reach the winners or after they have been sent to the winners.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed at 12:00 pm AEDT on Wednesday 16th October 2024, a second draw will be conducted by the Drawer on Friday 18th October 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written directions given under applicable law. Any winners determined will be notified by email within 2 business days after the draw and their name/s will be published on Pepper’s website at www.peppermoney.com.au from Friday 25th October 2024, for a minimum of 28 days. Should a winner be not willing to have their details published, please advise us at time of winning notification call.
12. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on all participants. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Pepper Money is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or a consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or withdrawn by the Promoter at any time, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
Personal Information
15. All information entrants provide (which includes Personal Information) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this Promotion, including contacting and verifying the winners, and improving our products and services to align with customer expectations. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
16. Immediately upon submission by an Eligible Entrant, their entry becomes the sole property of the Promoter.
17. Retail Finance Intelligence (RFi) has been engaged by the Promoter to conduct this survey. Information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Pepper Money and RFi’s Privacy Policies.

18. The Promoter may, for the purpose of administering this Promotion, disclose an Eligible Entrant’s personal information to its contractors and agents. The Promoter may also disclose personal information to others including as required by Australian regulatory authorities.
Terms & Conditions for e-gift card
19. The e-gift card is issued by Unified Incentives Pty Ltd. The e-gift card is to be treated as cash. Any person who learns the URL of this e-gift card can use it, therefore it is your responsibility to keep the e-gift card safe by keeping the URL private. We recommend you keep the original e-gift card email safe and take all measures necessary to secure your email. Do not open this e-gift card on a public or shared computer terminal. Lost or stolen e-gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. Not redeemable for cash. The e-gift card expires 36 months after the date the email is sent to you. When you choose to redeem your e-gift card by converting part or all of the value into a participating merchant's e-gift card or voucher, the validity of that portion of your e-gift card will change to a shorter period. Please pay attention to the expiry periods and dates shown. Any unused value after the expiry date of any e-gift card or voucher will not be refunded or credited. When you convert value into a participating merchant's e-gift card or voucher, the conversion is final and cannot be reversed. E-gift cards and vouchers are not reloadable.
