Dianne joined Pepper in 2012 leading the Mortgage Customer Solutions team.

Dianne's expertise was honed through various roles that focused on customer solutions and assistance, equipping her with a deep understanding of client relations and service excellence. As a head of, Dianne is now responsible for all Customer Service and Resolutions post settlement teams across Australia and Manila.

Prior to joining Pepper in 2012, Dianne worked for GE Money in various Customer Solutions teams.
